Things u have to get done before u lapor diri as pegawai perubatan UD41 *i posted this after i hv been a pegawai perubatan UD41 for almost 2 years already- hey im finishing soon- hee** Preparations ni memang agak memenatkan laa. Pfft. But untuk senang, just get it ready awal awal before u masuk kerja.  Ni my checklist. Boleh amik as a guide.  1) Bukak akaun kwsp 2) Buat pengesahan akaun gaji - pi bank of your own choice, cakap kat pegawai, i choose u! 3) Medical checkup 4) Passport pic 5) Labcoat 6) Cop - benda paling penting! 7) Nametag - kalau nak buat awal pon boleh, kat spital pulau pinang t boleh suruh department alat tulis buatkan, free jerr 8) and lots of photocopied documents - ic - akaun kwsp - pengesahan akaun gaji - med degree cert - sijil pendaftaran sementara - surat lantikan spa - surat lantikan kkm - surat setuju perlantikan - surat akuan sumpah - medical check up result Things~~ add up if u r go...

alhamdulillah. im officially married to the man that i ll love forever insyaallah. to my best friend of 5 years. introducing to u all officially. mohammad nizam mohd yusop love of my life, thief of my heart. hee. :) we r married on 22nd of september insyaALLAH forever. being a married couple means lots of responsibilities if before u can just went out n have fun then go back to ur own life now u cant do it anymore u can la but u ald have someone u must think after too beside urself. anyhow, i appreciate that. i love my married life. Post lama baru nk up. Lolz.....

Less than 24 hours  Perasaaan nya sekarang bercampur baur sangat.  Ya allah.... Sedih kot...  Rasa cam nk tinggalkan family p Padahal  Haihhh

Balik from kelantan hari tu, teros kerja la esoknya kan.. Dalam kul 3.30pm, time tu mmg tunggu nak chow je la an.. Tibe tibe rasa badan panas gila, haihh demam ape pulak ni.  Singgah 7e beli panadol soluble, mineral water balik rumah tidor.  Malam tu mmg fever + chills no rigors. Malaise. Athralgia, myalgia. Headache. Plus sore throat! Nak telan air pon sakit gila. Huh, tak selesa gila. Dalam otak dok pk aku kena dengue ke?  Kul 4 bangun lagi telan ubat, dengan harapan akan ok sikit.  Bangun pg esoknya, rasa ok sikit. Ape ape hal, still kena kerja kan.. So off la to work. Dlm kul 11, tengah dok kat pantry aku notice tgn and kaki aku tumbuh bintik2. Hahhh ape pulak ni. Dekat palmar surface. Habissssss. Teros google2, macam hand foot mouth disease. Viral fever.  Teros tunjuk mo. Mmg diagnose hfmd. Pastu, dapat cuti 6hari (4mc + 2off).. Yg sedehnya aku kena kerja straight 14 hari sbb aku da amik sume off aku. Sobss. Bintik2 baru tumbuhhh. Pastu die akan jadi sakitt...

Insyaallah bakal nikah 22/9/15 Maka dengan itu banyak la preparation yg tgh nk buat. Which is sgt sakit otak.  Haihh.  Sabar la hati, aku mohon yang terbaik. M

Alhamdulillah i passed my medical posting. Going to ONG next! Yay!!!  Heard a lot bout ong. How the tagging period is soooooo tough n all.  I hope i can survive it,... Insyaallah amin
