today i clerked 2 patients. sneak bitt of my clerking. first case: 4 year old boy was admitted for fever for 4 days. suspected to have dengue. assoc with diarrhea and mild vomitting. TRO thyphoid fever.  i was like so blurr with how thyphoid fever presented. emm. need to revised on that! this boy when he was 2 years old, he had kawasaki's disease. red eye, red cracked lips, rash, high grade fever >5 days, strawberry tongue, red peripheral fingers. please googled up strawberry tongue! nice images will popped out! :) second case: 2 months girl,with bintik bintik on her badan. she has a very low platelet. 1 X 10^9. low gila.  her diagnosis is ITP. she's well and active. waiting to be discharged.  k lah bye.

cerita 1 i bought a new handphone. HTC wildfire. red in colour. and now, im broke. papa kedana macam mana mahu hidup? T__T cerita 2 my car kena clamp. kesalahan? menghalang laluan bomba. what say you?  ada berani macam saya mahu halang LALUAN BOMBA. balasan nya, kereta kena clamp in rainy days. oh damn. cerita 3 saya masuk SUPOST. which stand for sukan antara posting. saya wakil sukan "BALING SELIPAR" whatttdaafud is that..?? mainan budak budak time kecik kecik dulu.  ala, mainan ni. ada ingat ka? game dia simple. siapa jatuhkan selipa kena bina balik. kumpulan lawan pulak kena halang yg kumpulan yang jatuhkan selipa from bina balik.  the best part is, we won.  baling selipa team perempuan RUBAN menang! oyeah.  1st place. :)     team baling selipa! :) winning nye feeling is awesome.  overall, posting aku dapat num 2.  and dapat gelaran "GANAS"  very funny. questions here are, who really care?  hahaha. n yeah, v...

kencing manis. or diabetes mellitus. (DM) it really complicates pregnancy. especially yang uncontrolled one. this morning, i was assigned to the ONG clinic. later on, a patient with DM type 2 went into doctor's room. the doctor is really unhappy with her blood glucose test. it was really an uncontrolled one. i was shocked too after knowing the result. it was really really high.  i was like, what was she eating? doesn't she cared about her baby in her tummy? since her glucose is high, doctor planed for admission of the patient. doctor talks to her about that. but she doesn't want to be admitted yet. because there will be nobody to take care of her children. her husband will be outstation for a while.. doctor explained all about the risks. shutting down of kidneys, eyes will damaged which will lead to blindness, peripheral neuropathy, wound healing will take more times ect. the baby might be macrosomia, diabetic, abnormalities of the baby ect. BUT, she keen to not be ad...

salam.  as the title says, today was my first day of new posting. and i wish for.. the best. really hope everything will run smoothly. i hope i can be more sabar lah in the future cause i just realized i am not that sabar type of person. hurmm. and also be a more considerate and sensitive person. eceeehh. i hoopppppeee so laah. today not much to say, just attend two lectures and two clinical skill labs. personally, i think the topic is jumping here and there a bit. abnormal thing first, the physiology lectures are later. hurrm. quite displease with the timetable arrangement. but, have to accept. tomorrow i have bedside teaching. at last, i will meet the real patientss. (2 months kot ruBAN, xjumpa patients sangat pon..) maybe something interesting will happen tomorrow?who knowss kann? hee. k lah bye. oh ye, ada 2 BE lekat ni, silalah tekaaan. :)

hari ni nuzul al-quran..  ape yang aku cedok dari wiki malaysia. Peristiwa Nuzul Al-Quran merupakan peristiwa turunnya ayat  al-Qur'an  yang pertama kepada  Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.  hingga seterusnya berperingkat-peringkat menjadi lengkap sebagaimana kitab al-Quran yang ada pada hari ini. Peristiwa Nuzul Al-Quran berlaku pada malam Jumaat, 17 Ramadan, tahun ke-41 daripada keputeraan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. ketika baginda sedang beribadat di  Gua Hira , bersamaan dengan tanggal 6 Ogos 610M. Perkataan "Nuzul" bererti turun atau berpindah dari atas ke bawah. Bila disebut bahawa Al-Quran adalah mukjizat terbesar Nabi SAW maka ianya memberi makna terlalu besar kepada umat Islam terutamanya yang serius memikirkan rahsia al-Quran. Ayat al-Quran yang mula-mula diturunkan Allah kepada  Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.  melalui perantaraan  Malaikat Jibril  ialah lima ayat pertama daripada  Surah Al-Alaq . sort of hari nak ingat pasal sejarah qura...

"posting rural cuma sekali.  maka hargailah peluang yang cuma sekali ini." tuh kata kata dari senior aku. dek dorongan serta sokongan yang sebegitu rupa. and since kitorang kat perak ni. kami almost satu posting pon plan la nak pergi ke lata kinjang. yahhhoooo!  some pictures of course! excited faces upon arriving at lata kinjang.  the girls. :) after that, kitorang gerak lah masuk dalam. cari tempat for BBQ nehh.  then, ape lagi..  start lah BBQ session. the menu are very delicioussss! ayam bakaq, kerang rebus, cendawan bakar,  daging burger (ayam + daging), tembikai, durian, meehoon goreng, coleslaaaw, and banyaakk lagi laaa. nyumm nyuummm! makaaaaan makaan time! lepas dah kenyang, start lah jalan jalan kaaan. view of the waterfall tersangatlah beautiful! subhanaaallllah! tengok air dia deraaaaas gila! :) dah datang waterfall, memang sah la kalau x berenang nang nang.  tapi aku x join, atas sebab sebab tertentu.. haihh sedihhh je...

alhamdulillah dah daftar year 3.  my clinical year officially dah start yesterday.  yesterday was registration day.  and today, pagi n petang tadi kelas start. memandangkan aku dapat posting terbagus . (kahkah) iaitu rural & urban. makanya, sehari suntuk tadi aku ada lecture. belajar pula perihal PHPM. subjek feveret all the time (kononnya) dengan penuh kusyuk aku mendengar. dan juga 'mengangguk' . owh kenapa aku assik eja mengangguk as mengannguk.  mengannguk? ape tuh? -.-" 4 more days full of lectures for me to survive. wuu huu. sabtu nak kuar ye.  ahad pulak dah mau gerak ke teluk intan (insyaAllah). posting sana pulak for 2 weeks and 5 days.  harap harap dipermudahkan. saya mahu pass year 3 so that saya boleh masuk year 4.  amin. gud luck untuk kawan kawan medic saya semua! :)
